This is hardly a recipe (unless you consider cereal to be a recipe :P). Its so simple and quick to make. As well as being very filling due to its high caloric content. This fibre-rich mix is perfect for those lazy mornings and rushed afternoons.
What You'll Need
kefir *(can be substituted for yogurt)
frozen or fresh blueberries & raspberries
Optional: orange juice, other fruit/toppings such as strawberries, blackberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds,
Combine the cereal with the kefir & frozen berries. Thats it! Play around with your add ins. You can leave this overnight if you want to prepare the night before- it will get very thick.
